About the Course

This 4-hour Washington Board of Accountancy-approved ethics course provides CPAs with essential knowledge and skills to navigate ethical challenges in today’s professional environment. Through real-world case studies and analysis of regulatory guidance, CPAs will explore how to uphold integrity and independence in various business settings. This course includes an overview of the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct, Washington State’s ethics and independence rules, and the unique responsibilities CPAs bear in maintaining the public trust.
